This website, www.bhlps.com (“our site”), is issued for all purposes by Brevan Howard Liquid Portfolio Strategies (“BHLPS”, “we” or “us”), an open-ended investment company incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as a Société d’Investissement à Capital Variable under Part I of the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment and registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies’ Register under number B-144263.
This website only contains brief information about BHLPS and does not disclose all of the risks and other significant aspects of entering into any particular transaction. Any investment decision should be made solely upon the information included in the BHLPS offering documentation.
